The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide their Circulars No.17/2011 dated 21.04.2011 and 18/2011 dated 29.04.2011 has taken a “Green Initiative” by allowing paperless compliances by Companies to serve the requisite documents to its Members through electronic mode in compliance with Section 53 of the Companies Act , 1956.

We propose to offer the service of emailing all your corporate communications to your shareholders including notices, Annual Reports and other relevant documents.

2. Sending emails to your shareholders on a timely basis.

4. Complete reporting of the entire process including details of bounced emails, sent reports, delivery reports, invalid emails, click tracking and list of shareholders who have opted for physical delivery.
5. Each email can be delivered to individual shareholder mentioning their unique DPID/ClientID/Name.
6. Provision of a unique email id for your company on our generic domain - www.investordiary.in. This email ID would be used in all communications with the shareholders and would be the property of your organization till the time your organization opts to work with us.
